Preparations

March 25 I am in preparation mode. Today, courtesy of Jeff and Jeanne, this blog has been established to record my trip around America. In my mind, I call it the Great Adventure . I hope the blog will keep me in touch with friends and family, so I don't feel so isolated. This morning was spent at AAA with Crish, who has nearly completed my list of hotel accomodations. I also turned in all my paperwork to the tax accountant and deposited the remainder of my travel funds, so many of my goals have been completed today. Still a lot of things not yet done, though. I may not post daily during this preparation time, but hope to post most evenings on the trip.
